Tristan Gooley: How To Read A Tree

Jersey Festival of Words
  • 28 September 4.30pm - 5.30pm
1 hour
Jersey Arts Centre

From learning how a tree can point north to how the veins in a leaf could lead you to running water, Tristan Gooley’s talk will offer a new perspective on the trees we pass by every day. As the only living person to have flown solo and sailed single-handedly across the Atlantic, Gooley’s knowledge spans the globe, offering lessons from tribal people from some of the most remote regions on Earth.
