‘The Jersey Arts Council’ – renamed ‘Jersey Arts Centre Association’ on 28 May 1993 – was incorporated on 5 June 1970 under the ‘Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fidéicommis et l’incorporation d’associations’ (as amended on 28 May 2014).
