On World Art Day (Wednesday 15 April) there’s dance, drama, music and craft workshops on offer, film screenings and even the chance to be a part of a new community art project! Events can be booked in advance, with some spaces available on the day, but sign up quickly as places are limited! 9.15am – 10.15am: Morning Drama Workshop / Tutors: Hettie Duncan and Jordi Sunier / Suitable for: 6 – 11 years (Maria Ritchie Room)

9.30am – 10.15am: Morning Stretch and Movement / Tutor: Victoria Gordon / Suitable for all ages (Benjamin Meaker Theatre)

9.30am – 11.30am: Coffee and Crochet / Tutor: Karen McGlinchey / Suitable for: 16 years + (Edmund Blampied Art Studio)

10.30am – 11.45am: The Shimmering Deep: A Soundscape Workshop / Tutor: Esther Rose Parkes / Suitable for: 8 – 11 years (Maria Ritchie Room)

11.30am – 12.30pm: Ballet Masterclass with Ballet d’Jerri / Tutors: Roman Ho Zimbalatti and Layla Bruce / Suitable for: 12 – 17 years  (Benjmain Meaker Theatre)

5.30pm – 8pm: Clowning Workshop / Tutor: Allan Gardner / Suitable for: 18 years + (Maria Ritchie Room)

6.30pm – 8.30pm: Paint and Pinot / Tutor: Jamie Willow from Drawn by Jamie / Suitable for: 18 years + (Edmund Blampied Art Studio)

7.30pm: Grease Sing-along Film Screening (Benjamin Meaker Theatre)

Also, make sure to watch out for the Music Managed musicians who will be bringing live music to cafejac throughout the day. Enjoy the sound of buskers in Charles Park during the day too.
