Frederick Sands RI (1916 – 1992) was a highly esteemed painted and educator from Jersey, renowned for his exceptional oil paintings and watercolours. A member of the Royal Institute of Watercolour Painters, Sands’ work is in collections across Europe, North America, the United Kingdom, and the Channel Islands.
