Rashmi has met so many people who thought yoga wasn’t for them – until they tried it on a chair. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, have limited mobility, suffering from joint pains or pain from fibromyalgia or simply prefer a gentler practice, we’ll use the support of a chair to explore yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and dhyana (meditation) to bring energy, flexibility, circulation, mental clarity and calm. Safe, supportive and effective yoga is for every body.
Chair Yoga is accessible for wheelchair users.
