Rashmi has met so many people who thought yoga wasn’t for them – until they tried it in a different format i.e. on a chair.
This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, have limited mobility, suffer from joint pains or pain from fibromyalgia or simply prefer a gentler practice, we’ll use the support of a chair to explore yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and dhyana (meditation) to bring energy, flexibility, circulation, mental clarity and calm. Yoga truly is for everybody. Safe, supportive and effective yoga for every body.
Please bring your own Yoga mat.
