Yoga for Beginners – Foundations of Wellness

Start where you are, grow at your own pace.

Rashmi still remembers how uncertain she felt when she first unrolled a yoga mat. That’s why this course is built for absolute beginners – to make your first steps feel simple, safe and encouraging. Together, participants will explore gentle asanas (yoga postures), calming pranayama (conscious breathing practices) and short moments of dhyana (meditation) to help you feel more at ease and find trust in your body and mind. No pressure, no comparison – just your journey at your own pace.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
