A Ukrainian family spends the last day of their vacation on the Canary Island of Tenerife. When Russia’s ongoing occupation of Ukraine turns into a full-scale invasion, they find themselves stranded on the island, where they must contend with isolation, duty, fear – and each other – as they become refugees overnight. Damian Kocur’s tense feature was selected and submitted as Poland’s official entry for the Best International Film category at the 97th Academy Awards in 2025.
