A SAD tale of Wonton mayhem!
ACT present the return of the Society of Amateur Dramatics (SAD), the thespianic embodiment of Murphy’s Law, in an affectionate pastiche of the works of Agatha Christie, Dorothy L. Sayers and Arthur Conan Doyle.
Having just completed their final performance of Murder by Death, the cast and crew descend upon their favourite Chinese restaurant to celebrate their success – and the fact that they haven’t burnt down the theatre (again) – only to find themselves embroiled in a real-life murder mystery as one of their number is struck down by an unknown assailant.
As, and with most murder mysteries, the first corpse is by no means the last!
