Once Rashmi moved beyond the basics, she realised yoga could be so much more than just movements – it became a tool for growth.
This course is for those ready to challenge themselves and expand their practice. You’ll refine familiar postures, explore new ones (without getting into any contortions or gymnastics) and dive deeper into pranayama (conscious breathing practices) and dhyana (meditation) to awaken both strength and stillness. It’s about progressing with curiosity and joy, not perfection.
Please bring your own Yoga mat.
