A Call to Create is a new community performance produced in collaboration with local theatre maker, collaborator and trained actor, Lily-Mae Willow, and Mind Jersey.
Over 12 weeks, a group of young people have come together to explore themes of community, connection and mental health, through improvisation and storytelling. Guided by theatre-making techniques, their voices and experience have shaped this unique and honest piece of post-dramatic theatre.
This performance will be a celebration of creativity, vulnerability, and the courage to create – a collective expression of how we live, how we relate and how theatre and creativity can help us reimagine new ways of being together.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind performance where our community takes to the stage, sharing their stories, imagination, and self-expression. We hope you leave the theatre inspired, grounded and more connected: this is a call to create and to reclaim what makes us human.
