Our popular Yoga courses are back! Join Karen Le Mottee for a course that will continue you on your Yoga journey. This course will take you through meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, flexibility and gentle flows. Taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, this course provides the perfect chance to bring some calm and relaxation to your day. This course is designed for those 45 years and over but is open to all. Some specialised equipment is provided, but participants will need to bring their own Yoga mat. Namaste!
