Join Karen Le Mottee for a course that will start you on your Yoga journey. This course will take you through meditation, breathing techniques, flexibility, stretching and gentle flows. Taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, Yoga for Beginners provides the perfect chance to bring some calm and relaxation to your day. This course is designed for those 45 years and over, but is open to all. Some specialised equipment will be provided, but participants will need to bring their own Yoga mat. Namaste!
