Participants will learn how to make a tutu skirt of your chosen colour and then embellish it with all sorts of accessories, including flowers, feathers, bumblebee or fairy wings, jewels, pom poms, ribbons, butterflies and more. And the best news is you can take your completed Teddy home with you!
