Immerse yourself in art and history over the centuries in this dynamic and concise History of Art lecture series. Over 6 (two hour) weekly lectures, each with a ten minute interval, Lisa will take you on a visual journey of Art History from Ancient Greece, Byzantium and Medieval Art to Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo and the Dutch Golden Age to French Impressionism, Modern, Post War American and New Art. A wonderful overview course to enjoy and learn about art and history in context and over the ages, focusing on the most celebrated and important artists and paintings, this course is ideal for all academic levels and abilities.
